Siemens Healthineers is seeking a seasoned Head of Strategic Client Engagement & Growth to lead the Enterprise Services team across Great Britain and Ireland. You will shape partnerships with NHS Trusts and independent providers and drive long-term value from MES and value-based services.

In this high-impact role you will manage executive relationships, steer renewals and expansions, and build a scalable engagement framework with cross-functional teams to accelerate sustainable revenue growth

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and healthcare leaders across NHS and independent healthcare organisations.
• Lead strategic customer engagement activities, including executive business reviews and value-based discussions.
• Champion a customer-centric approach that focuses on long-term partnership success and measurable outcomes.
• Own the national pipeline for contract renewals, extensions, expansions, upgrades and new service opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer value through innovative technologies, digital solutions and AI-enabled services.
• Support the growth of existing partnerships through strategic account planning and customer engagement.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Engagement Managers.
• Establish a consistent and scalable client engagement framework across the Enterprise Services portfolio.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing and inclusive team culture.
• Work closely with Operations, Commercial, Sales, Bid Management, Business Lines and Solution Architecture teams.
• Align stakeholders around customer priorities and growth opportunities.
• Support the implementation of the "Clients for Life" methodology to strengthen customer retention and satisfaction.
• Strong customer retention and successful contract renewals.
• Sustainable revenue growth across the Enterprise Services portfolio.
• Deep, trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Consistent value reporting and governance across strategic accounts.
• Increased adoption of innovative healthcare solutions and services.
• Successful embedding of the Clients for Life engagement methodology.
