Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Head of Strategic Client Engagement & Growth for Enterprise Services GB&I. You will lead high-level partnerships with NHS Trusts and independent providers, driving long-term value and sustainable revenue growth across a multi-hundred-million-euro portfolio.

You will oversee Engagement Managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advance the Clients for Life methodology to strengthen retention and expand strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic customer engagement and growth within enterprise services.
• Proven ability to manage senior relationships across NHS Trusts and independent providers.
• Track record of driving retention, renewals and contract expansions.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagements with senior healthcare executives and drive value-based discussions.
• Own national pipeline for renewals, extensions, expansions, and new service opportunities.
• Develop and coach a team of Engagement Managers to implement scalable client engagement frameworks.
