Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group is seeking a Senior Director to act as a strategic advisor for its key clients in Ireland and beyond. You will shape the regional vision, lead multi-country delivery, and align enterprise solutions with client outcomes, ensuring long-term value and growth.

In this role you will manage executive relationships, drive revenue performance, oversee complex EHR initiatives (Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH), and lead a high‑performing regional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership in large-scale EHR implementations, optimization, or transformation programs.
• Experience leading executive-level client relationships and strategic engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, planning and execution for the region.
• Drive regional market expansion, revenue performance, and operational excellence across all assigned countries.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior client executives, strengthening long-term partnerships.
• Oversee pilots, proofs of concept, and innovative use cases.
• Oversee high-quality, enterprise-level proposals and RFP responses reflecting strategic value.
• Provide senior oversight to regional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Nordic’s services.
