Job summary

Digital Manufacturing Ireland is seeking a Head of Commercial Strategy & Growth to drive the next phase of growth by shaping the commercial agenda, pricing models and value-based propositions across the organisation.

You will partner with the CEO, Directors and centre of excellence teams to translate capabilities into repeatable revenue, build robust pipelines, and manage strategic client relationships across international networks. This is a senior, influential leadership role.

Qualifications

• Significant senior commercial experience in B2B technology, professional services or manufacturing
• Proven ability to develop propositions, pricing strategies and commercial models
• Track record of converting complex opportunities into revenue
• Experience working with C-suite and senior leaders across organisations

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain DMI’s overall commercial strategy aligned to growth objectives
• Translate capabilities into differentiated, viable propositions
• Create recurring revenue models across DMI’s portfolio
• Provide market insights on opportunities, pricing and growth priorities
• Support annual commercial planning and revenue targets
• Lead or support pricing strategy and deal structuring
• Coach cross-functional teams in value-based selling
