Clear Engineering Recruitment is assisting a leading international provider of HVAC, cooling, clean-air and controlled-environment solutions in recruiting a Global Account Manager based in Ireland. You will own strategic global pharmaceutical accounts, building relationships at the highest levels and influencing projects from early stages through delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in B2B sales or key account management.
• Experience with multinational/global customers.
• Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, cleanrooms, HVAC or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic global pharmaceutical accounts across regions and markets.
• Act as primary commercial contact at corporate, regional and site levels.
• Develop and execute multi-year global account plans with growth targets and opportunity strategies.
• Identify and influence pharmaceutical projects at an early stage to ensure solutions are specified.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers, EPCs, consultants and key industry influencers.
• Coordinate international sales teams and internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent global account strategy.
• Develop framework agreements, preferred supplier relationships and global pricing strategies.
• Lead and support complex, high-value bids and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor pharmaceutical market trends and identify emerging customer requirements and opportunities.
• Translate customer challenges into technically and commercially compelling HVAC and clean-air solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines and account information within CRM systems.
