Clear. in Ireland seeks an experienced Global Account Manager to own strategic global pharmaceutical accounts within HVAC, cooling and clean-air solutions. You will manage relationships with senior stakeholders, develop multi-year plans, and influence projects from early stages to delivery.

The role involves coordinating international sales teams, negotiating complex bids, and maintaining accurate forecasts. A strong technical HVAC background and pharma familiarity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in B2B sales or key account management.
• Experience managing multinational/global customers.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, cleanrooms, HVAC or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC solutions in technical environments.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across regions, cultures and time zones.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
