Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Global Account Manager to lead strategic pharmaceutical accounts across international markets. Based in Ireland, the role offers €90,000 - €110,000 plus Bonus, 30 Days Holiday and a Benefits Package.

You will own global accounts, drive multi-year plans and influence projects from early stages through delivery. This high-profile role requires 8-12+ years in B2B or key account sales, multinational experience, and strong HVAC/pharma knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in B2B sales or key account management.
• Experience managing multinational or global customers.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, cleanrooms, HVAC or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC solutions in technical settings.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex buying processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic global pharmaceutical accounts across regions.
• Act as primary commercial contact at corporate, regional and site levels.
• Develop and execute multi-year global account plans with growth targets.
• Identify and influence projects early to ensure suitable solutions.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers, EPCs, consultants and influencers.
• Coordinate international sales teams and internal stakeholders.
• Develop framework agreements and global pricing strategies.
• Lead and support complex, high-value bids and negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and identify customer opportunities.
• Translate customer challenges into HVAC and clean-air solutions.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines and CRM data.
