Job summary

Cardinal Health Ireland is seeking a Finance business partner to support sales, marketing and strategy. You will partner with these teams to win new customers, retain existing ones, and drive product profitability through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

This role emphasizes strategic initiatives, regular performance reviews, and the development of financial reports and incentive plans, while navigating cross-functional challenges to maximize value for the business.

Qualifications

6+ years of career experience, with 2+ years of manager experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred.
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Business partnering and strong communication skills.
Data visualization and querying complex data experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with regional sales VPs and cross-functional teams to drive financial acumen and provide insights.
Develop and maintain financial reporting and dashboards to measure initiative performance.
Lead monthly performance reviews with the sales team and present to senior management.
Identify financial risks and opportunities and offer actionable recommendations to maximize profitability.
