Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Head of Finance & Operations to assume enterprise-wide responsibility for financial governance, statutory compliance and operational service delivery. You will report to the CEO and work with the Board on strategy and capital planning.

The role blends financial controllership with end-to-end operations including facilities, logistics, technology systems and procurement. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Extensive governance, budgeting and board reporting experience.
• Strong internal controls, audit readiness and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct financial governance, budgeting, forecasts and board reporting.
• Lead internal controls, audit readiness and tax/compliance.
• Oversee operations, facilities & vendor management.
• Partner with commercial leaders to support revenue generation and reporting.
• Lead capital & infrastructure planning and business cases.
