Focus Ireland is seeking a Head of Finance to lead day-to-day financial management, reporting and control, providing high-quality financial insight and challenge to support sustainable services and sound decision-making.

The role partners with the Director of Finance, IT and Administration and senior leaders to ensure accurate, timely financial operations, management information and funder reporting across the charity.

Competenze

• Recognised professional accountancy qualification.
• Substantial post-qualification experience in a complex organisation.
• Experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Strong experience across management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, statutory accounts, audit, cashflow.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the Finance team, setting objectives and standards.
• Provide high-quality financial insight to support decision-making and governance.
• Deliver monthly management accounts, reconciliations and analysis.
• Oversee year-end accounts, external audit and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate funder reports, contracts, projects and funding compliance.
• Improve finance systems, data quality and reporting across the organisation.
