Job summary

Aramark Ireland is recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive Facilities Management contracts across Ireland, reporting to the Growth Director. You will identify, pursue and win new opportunities while supporting retention and expansion within the existing client base.

You will manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through tender, negotiation and contract close, acting as the commercial voice of our Facilities offer to clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in business development, sales or bid management in FM in Ireland.
• Proven track record of winning multi-year service contracts.
• Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and progress new FM opportunities across Ireland.
• Lead tender preparation, pricing and contract negotiations.
• Manage the full sales cycle and maintain an accurate pipeline.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and other functions to tailor solutions.
• Build relationships with decision-makers to secure new business.
