Job summary

Aramark Ireland is seeking an accomplished Integrated Facilities Services Director to lead and grow our national facilities services business. This pivotal leadership role shapes divisional strategy, drives operational excellence, and strengthens client relationships across a diverse portfolio.

You will lead a team of Account Directors, ensure safe, compliant delivery, and drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimisation.

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering, facilities management or technical qualification.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a senior leadership role within Hard FM, Engineering Services, Technical Services or a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the long-term integrated Facilities strategy.
• Lead change, innovation and continuous improvement to strengthen technical capability, efficiency and customer experience.
• Deliver revenue growth, profitability, margin improvement and cost optimisation across the portfolio.
• Lead business development with the sales team, including major bids, tenders, presentations and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and identify growth opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Extensive knowledge across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, building fabric, life safety, energy and technical maintenance services.
• Ensure delivery meets contractual obligations, customer expectations, KPIs and quality standards.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Drive asset management, lifecycle planning and maintenance optimisation programmes.
• Lead regular business reviews and corrective action across operational, commercial and client performance.
• Enable Account Directors with clear accountability, resources, performance measures and leadership support.
• Drive engagement, inclusion, collaboration, succession planning and a strong customer-focused culture.
• Act as senior relationship lead for strategic clients, resolving complex issues and developing long-term partnerships.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping divisional strategy, driving operational excellence, strengthening client relationships, and building the capability required to support sustainable growth across a diverse national portfolio.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant engineering, facilities management or technical qualification.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a senior leadership role within Hard FM, Engineering Services, Technical Services or a related industry.

EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES

• Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, life safety, building fabric and compliance management.
• Proven record of business growth, commercial success and P&L management.
• Experience leading large, multi-site operational teams through senior leaders.
• Strong client relationship and strategic account leadership capability.
• Ability to develop and execute business strategy and performance frameworks.
• Commercially astute, influential and confident managing complex operational issues.
