Job summary

Uniphar is seeking an Expanded Access Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of high‑priority patient access programs from award through close‑out. You will lead cross‑functional teams, ensure regulatory and GDP compliance, and serve as the primary contact for pharma and biotech partners.

Qualifications

• Leadership & project management abilities to drive complex programs across cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of drug development lifecycles, regulatory requirements, and GDP.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships, manage expectations, and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Entire life-cycle program delivery from program award to close out.
• Full accountability for success of the program in accordance with client expectations.
• Be the primary point of contact for client companies and ensure program delivery.
• Lead a cross-functional program team across Uniphar Group for design, implementation and delivery of EAPs.
• Ensure contracts/agreements are in place at award (MSAs, SOWs, QTAs, DPAs, etc.).
• Deliver KPIs and manage scope changes with internal teams.
• Onboard the client, their manufacturer and product(s) within Uniphar Group.
• Advocate for assigned clients to ensure best-in-class service.
• Collaborate with regulatory, supply chain, quality and technical teams to meet client requirements.
• Design, write and implement program-specific processes and ensure adherence.
• Manage third-party vendors delivering services for client programs.
• Maintain client communication per plan with meetings and updates.
• Report on KPIs and budgets; develop account relationships.
• Understand client plans to anticipate transitions in drug development and launches.
• Identify opportunities for new business from existing clients within Uniphar capabilities.
• Follow GDP SOPs as instructed by Company RP.
