Job summary

Uniphar is seeking an Expanded Access Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of assigned programs from award through close-out. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Uniphar Group, ensuring regulatory and GDP compliance while meeting client expectations and KPIs.

You will oversee contracts, onboarding of clients and products, process development, vendor oversight, and client reporting, with a focus on best-in-class service for patients and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and GDP.
• Experience managing client expectations and delivering KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire lifecycle of Expanded Access and exclusive distribution programs from award to close-out.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure service excellence across Uniphar Group.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement and manage programs in line with global requirements.
• Manage contracts, onboarding, vendor oversight, and performance reporting.
• Deliver KPIs, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for growth within accounts.
