Job summary

Uniphar Group is seeking an Expanded Access Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of EAPs and exclusive distribution programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Uniphar Group, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely client reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, contract oversight, and a proactive approach to expanding services within existing accounts. Based in Ireland with flexibility for hybrid work, you will manage contracts, onboarding, governance, and KPI

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of drug development lifecycles and GDP/regulatory requirements.
• Skilled at managing complex contracts and vendor oversight.
• Strong client relationship management and growth mindset.
• Experience designing and implementing program processes and SOPs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of delivering clear client reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Expanded Access and exclusive distribution programs from award to close-out.
• Serve as the primary client contact for partner companies on EAPs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across the Uniphar Group to design and deliver programs.
• Ensure contracts, SOWs, and related agreements are in place at award.
• Oversee vendor management and performance tracking for assigned programs.
• Maintain regular client communications and manage scope changes with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
