Job summary

SmartBear is seeking an Account Executive in Galway, Ireland, to drive new business and expand relationships within existing clients. You will engage with technical buyers, present solutions, and help customers transform their software delivery with SmartBear’s tools.

The role offers uncapped commissions, accelerators, and a collaborative environment led by experienced executives. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in software sales.
• Experience meeting KPIs and carrying a quota.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter and accountable.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Outreach a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop net new business relationships through inbound leads and targeted outreach.
• Increase penetration within existing clients across divisions for transactional and enterprise deals.
• Receive ongoing training to elevate performance and grow your career.
• Consult with clients to enhance their applications and map SmartBear software to objectives.
• Institutionalize SmartBerry’s software solutions within customers’ software development processes.
