Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Director, Clinical FSP Go to Market/TSL to lead the design and execution of FSP solutions, aligning with Sales, BD and operations for growth from early engagement to bid defense. You’ll translate capabilities into compelling customer narratives and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver differentiated offerings.

You will guide proposal strategy, create executive-level presentations, and ensure market-leading positioning through insights, messaging and reusable assets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in clinical research, clinical operations, FSP, outsourcing or drug development.
• Strong understanding of Clinical FSP delivery models including hub-based delivery and multi-functional constructs.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate capabilities into customer value propositions.
• Experience supporting RFIs, RFPs, proposals and client presentations.
• Strong ability to partner with Sales, BD, account teams and Operations.
• Experience developing sales enablement materials and client-ready messaging.
• Cross-functional leadership to align Operations, Pricing, Talent Acquisition and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market activity by translating FSP strategy into customer-facing positioning.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, account teams and CFSP leadership to shape opportunities from early engagement through bid defense.
• Provide FSP subject matter expertise, customer insight and competitive positioning for opportunities.
• Create reusable materials, capability decks, battle cards and client-ready messaging for regional teams.
• Drive discovery discussions, workshops and account planning to expand customer base and growth.
• Shape FSP solution design best practices for complex customer demands and flexible delivery models.
• Contribute to proposal strategy, response development and bid defense materials.
• Develop opportunity-specific narratives and executive summaries for client meetings.
