IQVIA, the Human Data Science Company, seeks a Director of Clinical FSP Go to Market/ Therapeutic Strategy Lead to translate strategy into customer-facing solutions. This remote role partners with Sales, BD and Operations to shape opportunities from early engagement to bid defense.

The candidate brings 12+ years in clinical research or drug development, with strong FSP delivery knowledge and executive storytelling skills, to drive growth in Clinical FSP offerings.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of clinical research, clinical operations, FSP, outsourcing or drug development experience.
• Strong understanding of Clinical FSP delivery models, including hybrid FSP/FSO and multi-functional FSP constructs.
• Commercially minded with ability to translate IQVIA capabilities into client value propositions.
• Experience supporting RFIs, RFPs, proposals, client presentations, workshops and bid defenses.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration abilities with Sales, Operations, Pricing and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical FSP go-to-market activity by translating IQVIA’s FSP strategy into compelling customer-facing positioning and narratives.
• Partner with Sales, BD, and account teams to identify and progress priority FSP opportunities from early engagement through RFI/RFP and bid defense.
• Support active sales opportunities with FSP subject matter expertise, insights, win themes and guidance on delivery models.
• Enable regional teams with reusable materials, capability decks and client-ready messaging.
• Drive early engagement through discovery discussions, workshops and account planning to expand the customer base.
