Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive leadership in Technical Operations related systems and products, Pharma experience required.
• Ownership of Technical Operations solutions in regulated environments with audit and validation experience.
• Experience delivering digital platforms that support regulated operations and data integrity.
• Strong enterprise mindset balancing product delivery with standardization and long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Drive Cross-Channel Digital Excellence: translate priorities into plans, road maps and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with business and tech stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and deliver platform improvements.
• Mature the product operating model with governance and prioritization for Supply Chain platforms.
• Oversee day-to-day health and evolution of platforms supporting Supply Chain.
• Ensure platforms comply with GxP and regulatory requirements including validation and audit readiness.
• Lead and develop a high-performing capability organization and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate integration, data standards and AI Enablement across Technical Operations products.
