Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Supply Chain/Customer Service leader to act as Process Owner for OTC within the Jazz ERP system. You will drive SAP changes, coordinate cross-country projects, and support global order fulfillment while ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage logistics and export controls, and work closely with sales, finance, QA and other departments to optimize supply chain performance and customer

Qualifications

• Strong SAP knowledge and project management skills.
• Export procedures and required paperwork.
• Good understanding of customs environment and requirements.
• Experience in letter of credit management.
• Experience in temperature-controlled shipments.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• High level of customer orientation/understanding.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.
• Fluency in English; other European languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Act as Process Owner for OTC and lead SAP ERP changes and projects.
• Lead EU/international CS team to adapt to changes.
• Coordinate cross-country sales orders and ensure compliant shipments.
• Provide sales reporting and market support.
• Support country arrivals and back-up for other regions.
