Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, DEC Supply Chain Capability Lead, to drive digital product strategy and act as a strategic technology partner for Global Supply Chain. This remote role leads platforms and products ensuring security, scalability, and operational excellence while aligning with regulatory obligations.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and partner with Data & AI leaders to enable analytics and data standards across Supply Chain

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive leadership in delivering or managing Technical Operations related systems and products.
• Pharma experience required and ownership in GxP-regulated environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with ability to drive value-based outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-channel digital excellence across Global Supply Chain by translating priorities into plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure GxP compliance, validation support, audit readiness and issue remediation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing capability-leader team for digital products supporting Global Supply Chain operations.
