Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Supply Chain Project Lead to drive SAP OTC changes and ERP initiatives across Europe. You will coordinate global order management, documentation, and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, timely shipments in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

The role requires strong SAP expertise, project management, and exposure to export and customs processes, with excellent English communication and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP knowledge and project management skills.
• Experience with export procedures and customs requirements.
• Pharmaceutical environment experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Act as Process Owner for OTC and lead SAP changes across SC, CS and AR.
• Coordinate SAP trainings and ensure timely project delivery.
• Lead EU/international CS team through changes and future challenges.
• Coordinate sales orders, documentation, and compliance with trade agreements.
• Support cross-functional teams to drive supply chain improvements and cost efficiency.
• Provide sales reporting and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
• Travel to other countries as required.
