Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience with progressive responsibility.
• Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to tailor communication to varying levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing across indirect spend categories.
• Manage supplier negotiations, renewals, and SOW amendments.
• Benchmark pricing and negotiate favorable terms to improve service levels.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, Privacy, and Tech teams on contractual protections.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
