Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals Ireland Limited is seeking a Senior Director, Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise planning, target setting, and executive decision support. You will own the corporate calendar, KPI definition, and provide robust insights for the Executive Committee and Board.

You will influence senior stakeholders, drive strategic reporting, and champion AI adoption and Oracle EPM within Global Finance, while leading the Corporate FP&A team to deliver high-impact financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent finance qualification.
• 10+ years of operational experience in finance.
• Experience in global biopharma is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level planning and target setting.
• Oversee quarterly earnings and Board reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and tooling.
• Partner with executives on capital allocation and strategic initiatives.
• Manage and develop the Corporate FP&A team.
