Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex projects in the data centre and manufacturing sectors. You will drive full lifecycle delivery from pre-sales through commissioning, coordinating design, manufacturing, procurement and QA/QC teams on a daily basis.

The role emphasizes accurate budgeting, risk management, proactive stakeholder communication and adherence to project milestones to ensure high-quality outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering complex projects across multiple teams and functions.
• Strong budget management and margin attainmentExperience.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of projects from initiation to commissioning and handover.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Design, Manufacturing, Procurement, QA/QC and Site teams.
• Manage project budgets and target gross margins across the lifecycle.
• Develop pricing models for opportunities and support pre-sales with Client Account Management.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and dates.
