Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Customer Success Engagement in Dublin, Ireland.

This client-facing role drives a differentiated customer experience by coordinating with account managers, technical services, demand planning, and supply chain teams to meet customer needs. You will steward relationships with assigned accounts, communicate requirements effectively, and align with global teams to ensure satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client services or customer service.
• Experience in handling customer interactions via phone and email is preferred.
• ERP tools experience, especially SAP with Sales and Distribution, is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiating service for Strategic Accounts and own the customer journey.
• Serve as SPOC for all customer relationship matters within assigned accounts.
• Engage with Global counterparts to create a unified customer experience.
• Identify key customer stakeholders and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Maintain regular interactions to proactively identify issues and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Digital Customer Experience to drive improvements.
• Support in invoicing resolution and reporting needs for customers.
• Assist in coordinating with AR and Dunning processes when needed.
