Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in commercial/contract management within Construction/Engineering
• Degree-level education in Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, Engineering, or Commercial Management
• Experience in preparing and recovering Change Orders / variations on projects

Responsibilities

• Identify, prepare and recover Change Orders with full commercial/quantum justification
• Provide day-to-day commercial support to Project Managers during execution
• Manage customer disputes, back-charges and claims with detailed technical and commercial analysis
