Job summary

MCC in Drogheda is seeking a Customer Service Representative to actively develop long-term relationships with your assigned client group, connecting with executives and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of our solutions.

You will liaise between customers and internal teams by phone, Teams, and email, with in-person meetings where viable, and you will champion safety and maintain a customer-focused culture while supporting daily production meetings.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Champion all aspects of personal and plant safety and housekeeping.
• Customer Relationship: Communicate to customers that they are valued and proactively meet their needs via telephone, Teams, and email, with in-person meetings where viable.
• Financial: Ensure customer pricing is accurate on the company system and manage customer liable aged stock.
• Customer Intimacy: Build trusting, communicative relationships with customers; understand their business and anticipate needs.
• Processes: Coordinate order entry processes and systems, including production estimates, work and shipping instructions.
• Internal Customer Service: Compile and communicate pertinent customer information and data; attend daily production meetings.
• Culture: Model a customer-focused culture for the organisation.
• Capacity Rationalization: Review forecasts with stakeholders and request updates regularly.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to processes and workflows.
• Teamwork: Build relationships across the organisation and contribute to other functions.
• Meetings: Attend daily/weekly CSR team meetings.
• Values: Uphold corporate values and principles.
