Qualifications

• A third-level degree with a strong academic record.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Consulting or corporate environments.
• Qualification in Project/Program Management (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum).
• Qualification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to solve complex issues through research, workshops, analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Lead delivery of client projects and workstreams with strategic plans, managing teams and financials.
• Partner with clients in Ireland and internationally to deliver projects aligned with goals.
• Engage stakeholders and establish yourself as a change/subject matter expert.
• Contribute to growth by shaping propositions and promoting thought leadership initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of client Change projects from initiation to completion.
