Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking a People & Change Manager to join our Consulting practice. You will lead on diverse client engagements, drive project teams, and provide regular updates to the Director and Partner team.

This role offers a pathway to a long-term, sustainable career within a dynamic and growing area of the business. You will work across the Consulting and Advisory services, applying expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational change to deliver

Qualifications

• A third-level degree with a strong academic record.
• A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a Consulting or corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Programme and Project Management for large-scale business (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum).
• Qualification in Change Management e.g. Prosci (Desirable)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to solve complex issues through research, workshops, analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Lead delivery of client projects and workstreams with strategic work plans, team performance and financials.
• Partner with clients in Ireland and internationally to deliver projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Engage with stakeholders and establish yourself as a subject matter expert within client organisations and teams.
• Provide end-to-end delivery of HR & Change projects from initiation to completion.
• Support business development, shaping propositions and promoting thought leadership.
