Qualifications

• A third level degree, with a strong academic record.
• PM certification with demonstrated ability to apply best practices (Waterfall, Agile).
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in financial services and banking domains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex projects and programmes for key clients across industries.
• Drive transformation initiatives including digital transformation and automation to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
• Define and drive projects across all stages of the project life cycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning multiple business units and functions.
• Design and deliver customer experience transformation initiatives, including end-to-end journey redesign.
• Define, scope and deliver comprehensive project documentation including status updates and RAID logs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining roles and communications strategies.
• Support business development through proposals and client opportunities.
• Engage stakeholders across disciplines to drive momentum and success.
