Job summary

Electricity Supply Board in Dublin is seeking a Change and Engagement Team Lead to drive change management for Distribution Markets and System Operation. You will coordinate change across ESBN and partner with external support to ensure smooth transitions and communications.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in change or project management, with a focus on HR and organisational design for major changes. Flexible hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven capability to lead change with senior stakeholders.
• Experience of organisational design and HR processes for major change.
• Knowledge of ESB Networks Business Operations.
• 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own and champion the change roadmap for DMSO with ongoing staff engagement.
• Develop and maintain Change Management plans for all impacted areas.
• Lead business readiness activities including stakeholder management, communications, and training.
• Monitor and report on business transition, anticipate obstacles, and plan interventions.
• Collaborate with external partners to deliver comprehensive change strategy.
• Lead a change management team within Operation Solutions Delivery.
