Job summary

ESB seeks an experienced Operations Mobilisation Manager for Renewable and Distributed Generation assets in Ireland. Based in Dublin with flexible remote options, you will lead mobilization activities from construction through early operation, coordinating the Mobilisation/Site Manager teams and interfaces across EMP, Asset Development and Renewable Operations Centre.

Qualifications

Proven ability to deliver on the key responsibilities.
8+ years Energy Industry work experience.
Experience in Maintenance and Operational requirements of various Generating Technologies.
Knowledge of Operational & Project Safety Requirements with Strong safety leadership.
Knowledge & Experience of Project Management.

Responsibilities

Oversee the development and implementation of Mobilisation Plans for new sites.
Coordinate on-site mobilisation activities in line with EMP project delivery programs.
Ensure Training and Capability requirements are established for Remote Operations.
Programme Remote Operations system requirements (Alarm Management, Scada/HMI, etc.).
Compile interface agreements for assets on existing generation sites.
Ensure pre-commercial operation requirements are delivered for Trading Group.
Prepare Maintenance Management System (Maximo) ahead of commercial operation.
Engage with EMP Asset Specialists during mobilisation.
Liaise with Asset Management Teams for smooth asset transfer and safety file handover.
Ensure Safe System of Work before takeover and during initial operation.
