Job summary

Tandem Project Management Ltd. seeks an experienced Project Manager to support a major capital development programme in Cork, Ireland.

You will oversee refurbishment, infrastructure upgrades and energy retrofit projects within a live campus environment, coordinating project teams and stakeholders from inception through handover to ensure delivery against cost, quality, programme, sustainability and safety targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or related discipline.
• More than 10 years’ experience in construction project management, with substantial experience acting on behalf of the client.
• Experience delivering large, complex public sector campus refurbishment and upgrade projects from inception to completion.
• Experience delivering projects in live environments with public access, including historic sites or listed buildings.
• Experience with various building types, sustainability upgrades and energy efficiency projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of capital projects, coordinating consultants, construction teams, end users and stakeholders.
• Develop project briefs, execution plans and procurement plans aligned with client requirements.
• Support business cases and lifecycle cost estimates, including cost-benefit analysis.
