Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive sales across Direct-to-Store and Out-of-Home channels, delivering revenue growth and executing Suntory objectives in Ireland. You will manage customer relationships, plan journeys, and proactively identify new business opportunities to expand the brand footprint.

You will work with the wider sales team to hit KPIs, oversee account management, and ensure timely administrative tasks while staying connected to CBMs and brand

Responsibilities

• Deliver NSV revenue targets for DTS and OOH channels.
• Develop relationships with key customer groups and BDMs.
• Mentor and coach sales team to unlock DTS opportunities.
• Manage customer pipeline and call-files to grow sales.
• Plan journeys to maximize efficiency and volume.
• Present wins at customer reviews with CBM and estate teams.
• Implement Brand Strategies into Customer Activation Plans.
• Collaborate with OOH CBM to meet commercial objectives.
