Job summary

Dublin City Law Firm, an international law firm based in Dublin City, seeks a capable Business Development Manager to join a smart, agile team. You will lead BD and marketing efforts, partner with colleagues to shape strategy, and prepare partners for meetings and events.

You will work with the marketing team to align output, stay ahead of market movements, and use influence to drive change and improve operations. Strong prior BD experience in professional services is essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant BA in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• 3-5 years previous experience in a similar position, or senior exec level.
• Previous experience in Law, Accountancy, Finance, or Banking.
• Previous experience delegating to direct reports.
• Good attention to detail, with strong ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the business development and marketing elements of the overall business plan
• Partner with colleagues to strategise the best approach
• Prepare partners for meetings, client events and conferences
• Keep in close contact with the marketing team to align output
• Keep up to date with market movements to inform strategies
• Use your influence to affect change and guide operations.
