Job summary

Lex Consultancy Recruitment is assisting a large international law firm hiring for their BD & Marketing team in Dublin. The firm offers state-of-the-art offices and is expanding during a busy growth period.

You will support the BD Manager across strategy, develop BD and Marketing assets with cross-functional teams, and oversee bids, events, and pitch production to profile the firm. A hybrid role in Dublin 2 with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in BD/Marketing in either Legal or Professional Services.
• Experience developing BD/Marketing content and assets across teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the BD Manager in developing and implementing the BD strategy across the firm.
• Develop BD and Marketing assets and link content with digital marketing, design and communications teams.
• Produce Legal Directory Submissions, webinars, awards entries and other events to profile the firm.

Job description

Large international law firm are hiring for their BD & Marketing team. With a strong headcount in Dublin and state-of-the-art, newly built offices you would be joining them during a very busy growth period.

Your duties in this role will include:

• Supporting the BD Manager in the development and implementation of Business Development strategy across the firm, working in conjunction with Partners across all practice groups.
• Development of BD and Marketing assets, and content- linking in with teams across the firm in digital marketing, design and communications.
• Production of Legal Directory Submissions, webinars, awards entries and other events to profile the firm.
• Manage production of high quality pitches, bids and proposals.
• Building relationships with Partners, other BD Teams and Communications team across the firm.

This is an ideal role for a BD / Marketing Executive who feels stuck in their current role or who is eager to work in a more international firm. You will need to be able to demonstrate a minimum of three years in BD/Marketing in either Legal or Professional Services.

In addition knowledge of the following would be advantageous:

• Experience using CRM / Marketing Technologies, and / or Canva, Power BI, Vuture or InterAction
• Development of Bids, Events, Digital Content and BD Projects in the legal sector
