Lex Consultancy is seeking a BD & Marketing professional to join a large international law firm's Dublin-based team. You will support the BD Manager, develop marketing assets, and coordinate events to raise the firm's profile. Hybrid working in Dublin 2 is available with comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years in BD/Marketing within legal or professional services and familiarity with CRM/Marketing tech tools such as Canva, Power BI, Vuture or InterAction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years BD/Marketing experience in legal or professional services.
• Experience developing BD and Marketing assets and content across functions.

Responsabilités

• Support the BD Manager in developing and implementing BD strategy across the firm, in conjunction with Partners across all practice groups.
• Develop BD and Marketing assets and content in collaboration with digital marketing, design and communications teams.
• Produce Legal Directory Submissions, webinars, awards entries and other events to raise the firm's profile.
• Manage production of high quality pitches, bids and proposals.
• Build relationships with Partners, other BD Teams and Communications team across the firm.

Large international law firm are hiring for their BD & Marketing team. With a strong headcount in Dublin and state-of-the-art newly built offices you would be joining them during a very busy growth period.

Your duties in this role will include:

• Supporting the BD Manager in the development and implementation of Business Development strategy across the firm, working in conjunction with Partners across all practice groups.
• Development of BD and Marketing assets, and content- linking in with teams across the firm in digital marketing, design and communications.
• Production of Legal Directory Submissions, webinars, awards entries and other events to profile the firm.
• Manage production of high quality pitches, bids and proposals.
• Building relationships with Partners, other BD Teams and Communications team across the firm.

This is an ideal role for a BD / Marketing Executive who feels stuck in their current role or who is eager to work in a more international firm. You will need to be able to demonstrate a minimum of three years in BD/Marketing in either Legal or Professional Services. In addition knowledge of the following would be advantageous:

• Experience using CRM / Marketing Technologies, and / or Canva, Power BI, Vuture or InterAction
• Development of Bids, Events, Digital Content and BD Projects in the legal sector
