Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Brand and Customer Manager in Dublin to support the development, implementation, and execution of the brand strategy in the Irish market. You will collaborate with sales, medical, IBEX, diagnostics, market access, and franchise teams to deliver on sales targets and drive growth through key accounts and multichannel campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified – scientific, marketing or business.
• Strong commercial pharmaceutical experience with a proven performance track record.
• Experience working in a customer facing environment.
• Strong sales and/or marketing leadership with a track record of growing market share.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Tactical delivery, localisation and execution of the marketing plan across channels.
• Manage brand sales forecast and annual brand marketing budget.
• Create content to deliver an engaging brand experience across channels.
• Manage external vendors (creative agencies, market research, event partners).
• Oversee the promotional asset approval process with cross-functional partners.
• Use insights and performance data for effective tactical execution including account planning, targeting and segmentation.
• Engage with senior/influential customers to drive account management.
• External engagement with key stakeholders to understand account needs.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and maximize value of each key account.
