Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to accelerate growth in the Dublin area. You will expand existing strategic partnerships and introduce innovative AI-enabled solutions to new commercial customers, translating complex technology into tangible business value.

You will engage with VP and C-level leaders, manage multi-month deals, and craft data-driven territory plans to build a high-conversion pipeline while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
Proven track record in B2B SaaS / AI sales with mid-market or complex deals.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic territory planning, prospecting, and customer outreach experience.
Genuine interest in how AI transforms customer experience.
Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem-solving.
Willingness to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

Drive Growth & Value: spearhead new customer acquisition and expand existing partnerships in the Commercial segment.
Lead Complex, value-centric sales cycles, including multi-month deals with PoC stages.
Champion AI innovation by translating tech into tangible ROI for business leaders.
Build relationships with VP and C-level decision-makers in consultative, multi-stakeholder cycles.
Craft and execute strategic territory plans, using data-driven insights to build a strong pipeline.
Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership to deliver outcomes.
Convey Zendesk product benefits and align with customer goals for expansion.
Provide accurate forecasts and strive to exceed revenue targets.
