Job summary

• Despatch of parcels.
• Handling daily stock queries.
• Ensuring complete traceability.
• Manage receipts/ receipt paperwork.
• Liaising with hauliers.
• Printing paperwork for main office for invoicing.
• Weekly stocktaking of packaging.
• Matching invoices.
• Use of spreadsheets.
• Updating training files.
• General administration duties.
