Job summary

Sunblink Ltd-GRN in Ballybofey, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Stock Controller to own inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and support procurement planning across raw materials, packaging and finished goods.

You will maintain accurate stock records, reconcile stock movements in the ERP system, and help optimise replenishment to prevent production delays and waste. The role is Monday–Friday, with standard hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Experience coordinating deliveries and liaising with suppliers.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Excel.
• Understanding of food safety and traceability.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Flexible to overtime when required.
• Qualifications in supply chain/logistics or lean manufacturing advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
• Support procurement planning by reviewing stock availability and production requirements.
• Coordinate incoming deliveries with suppliers and warehouse staff.
• Liaise with suppliers on delivery dates and quantities.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
• Complete stock checks and reconciliations in the ERP system.
• Investigate stock variances and minimise waste and obsolescence.
• Maintain food safety and traceability standards; support audits and improvements.
