Job summary

Woodie's in Naas is seeking a proactive Leader to grow and develop the team and brand. The role is a full-time, 39-hour contract with a 5-day work week and every second weekend and Bank holiday required. Competitive salary depends on experience, plus a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and actively mentor the store team.
• Communicate business goals and objectives to colleagues.
• Identify commercial opportunities in the local area.
• Be responsible for cash and stock control.
• Support payroll and headcount budgeting with store management.
• Assist with recruitment of store colleagues when required.
• Authorize refunds and exchanges.
• Manage performance and conduct appraisals; plan talent and succession.
• Maintain health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment.
• Create a phenomenal shopping experience for all customers.
