Job summary

Woodie's in Lucan is seeking a dedicated Leader to grow and develop our team and brand. The role requires experience in retail or operations, people management exposure, and a passion for mentoring colleagues.

You will drive exceptional customer service, communicate goals, and ensure safety and efficiency across store operations. This is a full-time 39-hour contract with a 5-day week and alternate weekends, offering a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service and actively mentor and motivate the store team.
• Effectively communicate business goals and objectives to colleagues.
• Identify commercial opportunities in the local area.
• Be responsible for cash and stock control.
• Support payroll and headcount budgeting with the store management team.
• Assist with recruitment of store colleagues when required.
• Authorise refunds and exchanges.
• Manage performance of store colleagues.
• Conduct performance appraisals and support talent and succession planning.
• Follow health and safety regulations and maintain high operational standards.
• Create a phenomenal shopping experience for all customers.
