Qualifications

• Experience with store operations such as stock, payroll, admin and rota.

Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for management to deliver KPI targets and profit opportunities.
• Set daily/weekly sales targets and monitor store performance.
• Monitor KPIs and performance via reports for the management team.
• Assist with store operations including stock, payroll, admin and rota.
• Enhance the customer journey with a 1-2-1 service and put the customer first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training and product knowledge.
