Job summary

The role emphasizes building a store culture aligned with Lowe's mission, recruiting and developing talent, and leveraging data to inform store-specific decisions and improve margins. Travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5 years of experience leading associates in a large retail environment, with sales over 20M annually, or 3 years with a Bachelor's and 20M sales.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience building partnerships within the community.
• Experience analyzing customer, market and competitor data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional and timely service to all customers.
• Monitor store performance, profitability and flow-through of store plans.
• Champion and implement asset protection plans to improve safety and security outcomes.
• Lead store operations, expenses, merchandising, safety and workforce with cross-functional partners.
