Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years' experience in a retail Store Manager position.
• Proven experience managing, motivating and developing a retail team.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people-management skills.
• Customer-focused approach with high standards of service.

Aufgaben

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Drive store sales, achieve KPIs and maximise commercial opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Coach, train and support employees to achieve individual and team targets.
• Manage staff rotas, holidays, attendance and daily store operations.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Manage stock levels, deliveries, stockroom organisation and stock control.
• Monitor payroll, labour costs and other controllable store expenses.
• Ensure effective delegation and clear communication of store priorities.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Work closely with the wider Operations and Head Office teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and Health & Safety standards.
