Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy supermarket operation in Carlow. This permanent, full-time role requires taking full ownership of day-to-day store performance and staff development.

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store
• Lead, motivate and develop a large retail team
• Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance
• Manage staffing, rosters, recruitment and training
• Maintain excellent customer service and store standards
• Oversee stock control, ordering, waste and availability
• Ensure strong merchandising and promotional standards
• Manage costs, productivity and operational performance
• Ensure all health & safety and compliance standards are maintained
