• Duty manage in all areas of store operation including service, people, and operations.

• Use commercial tools to drive actions supporting store performance.
• Support Store Leader to deliver on KPIs (sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, voice of customer, RFID).
• Support store operations including health & safety compliance.
