Job summary

River Island Waterford is seeking an energetic Product Team Leader to guide the store team, delivering an inspiring customer journey and maintaining high standards of visual execution. You will be an expert in product handling and support the Product Manager to develop the team and sustain exceptional service.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment, champion customer experience, and drive sales KPIs while ensuring operational excellence and staff development.

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisor role.
• Passionate about fashion and staying updated on trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great product placement and 'wow' wearable outfits.
• Consistently deliver strong visual standards with the customer journey at the forefront.
• Confidently duty manage in all areas of store operation (service, people, operations).
• Support the Commercial/Product Manager in empowering the store team to deliver for the customer.
• Have a good understanding of commercial tools and how to use them to drive actions.
• Drive store KPIs including sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, and RFID.
• Support store operations with health & safety standards and team development.
